Intro Level TPP (Documentary Filmmaking) Learn the basic principles of filmmaking while producing 2-3 minute documentaries in a collaborative learning environment. Students are assigned to a crew of filmmakers to produce a short documentary focused on community issues important to youth. Technical instruction focuses on intro to cinematography, basic lighting techniques, interviewing skills, storyboarding, camera skills, and how to edit their projects in Adobe Premiere Pro. In addition, this program aims to empower each student to become his or her own unique storyteller (ages 13-18).
